As we prepared for our annual North Pole Flyer weekends (24 magical Christmas-themed train rides that welcome nearly 10,000 guests over just three festive weekends) our dedicated volunteers brought the historic 1912 Bertram Depot to life. From decking the freight dock and porch columns with garland to installing Christmas trees, hanging wreaths, and lining the roof with twinkling lights, our Volunteer Decorating Team poured heart and skill into every detail. Even our Volunteer Operations Manager joined in, helping move the big sleigh from our warehouse to the depot with a cheerful “Ho, Ho, Ho!” Thank you to all of our hard-working volunteers who helped us prepare a place where families can create magical Christmas memories.
